The hex is parameter encoded, so if you disassemble something you can send the link to people.
the link might get disgustingly large, but I can't conceive of any way to create a shortener that doesn't require server architecture.
Anyone know of any free services for link shortening?

I suppose I could gzip+base64 the hex if it goes over whatever threshold that becomes a byte savings
