@plutarch@gotosocial.plutar.ch @ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org I agree. Open the box and inspect the CPU and GPU for gunk collected on the heat sinks. Remove the gunk. It is possible that the CPU is overheating, which leads to all sorts of weird errors and timing problems.
