@BenjaminKlein@mastodon.nu I'm sure Armstrong still thinks he didn't do anything wrong.
Sports stars and celebrities should have learned by now that people don't care about the offending action, they care about the lying and the coverup. Just admit you screwed up, and move on. People will forget about it in a few years. If you dig in with lies, you will eventually be discovered and they will never forgive you.

@ithoughtisawa2@infosec.exchange very clearly doesn't think he did anything wrong, and wants the credits. I think people are willing to forgive a young person who recognises what they did and tries to make amends, just look at Tyler Hamilton.
