Also, I'm not saying Apple is perfect or better or has bigger morals here, etc. But stealing is stealing. A case like this, if it gets the right outcome, might actually allow small folks to sue OpenAI and other AI companies in small claims court or consumer court for stealing their books or artists' work etc using OpenAI vs Apple refernce. So I think it would be a good thing if the court delivered the correct justice, regardless of how rich or poor you are.
