Honestly I’ve tried salting a few times and for the little difference it makes… I don’t feel it’s worth the trouble.
But thanks for the info, I honestly hadn’t thought about the details.

I’ve forgotten to salt the water and added salt at the table and it’s nit even close to the same. It just tastes bad, which has been agreed on by family and friends who did the same. I think your tastebuds might be broken.
