Many cities have these buried uban streams. Toronto, despite it's many ravines, also has them and excessive amounts of paving. The city has made efforts to address the risk but as the climate gets more extreme it's probably only a matter of time before flooding like this happens here, too. @AndrewHenry@mastodon.energy
