@stefano@mastodon.bsd.cafe if I had this kind of person in my team, I would fire them ASAP. That’s a quite impressive level or incompetence.

@patpro@social.patpro.net that's a company (the one producing the CRM) that is one of the biggest in Italy. Except a couple of times, I've always had a very bad experience with their (extremely expensive) support. Supponent, arrogant and totally incompetent. "But hey, come to our SaaS and all your problems will be solved!". I'd prefer a CRM written by a LLM without a review than dealing with them 😆
