anyways i dug into this reflecting pool shit for fun and i have receits. the issue was that the coating used is FOR FARMING PONDS. like a few m² pond you have to water shit. well guess what motherfuckers, the #reflectingpool is GIGANTIC and hence has expansion joints, which are little gaps in the the concrete slab WHICH ALLOW IT TO EXPAND AND CONTRACT ON TEMPERATURE CHANGES WITHOUT FRACTURING. so it got hot, the concrete moved and voila. #USPOL #trump #IDIOTS https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/28528068/justice-department-motion-to-dismiss-case-against-former-olympian-david-hearn.pdf
