I've been feeling terribly depressed for the last few days. Probably some of that is due to my levels being out of whack since switching from pills + CPA to injection monotherapy. It might take a while to stabilise. But I've also been struggling with work and 4 hours of commuting for 4 days a week, it's been running me down gradually for a while and I feel completely exhausted all the time. I've decided to take some sick leave to try to recover.

I'm also looking for another job since I don't think I can really continue at my current job due to the return to office requirements and various other things which have been bothering me. I want to find something more meaningful but I'm at a loss as to what that looks like yet.
