People are describing it as one of the largest funerals in the history of the Palestinian cause. Today, Gaza is laying to rest the remains of 112 people from the Abu Sharia and Al-Hassaina families, nearly three years after they were buried beneath the rubble. The massacre took place in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City, on November 22, 2023. It claimed the lives of 308 people, including 44 children, 37 women, and more than 10 people with disabilities.
