@darfplatypus@infosec.exchange If you’re a “brownie purist” who insists the center should be gooey, they may not be for you. To get the edges actually done, there isn’t much “middle” to remain gooey. It’s soft at best. But I always disliked too gooey a brownie, so they’re good for me. (Again, same as my mom. My kid on the other hand likes the gooey parts.)
