I should do that again, I think the last time I was using Sonnet through the web UI (just as a helper)
Some of it was decent (reading datasheets + query/discuss design ideas) but one moment sticks with me, I picked this part https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/nexperia-usa-inc/74LVC1T45GW-125/2530577 (for an RGB LED data line) and it was adamant I couldn't flip the A-B inputs so PCB layout would be easier, at that point I just closed the tab lol
I think that was the first PCB that I didn't screw something up and worked first try

also looked this up because it was a distant memory from earlier this year https://blog.adafruit.com/2026/02/14/heres-our-first-gemini-deep-think-llm-assisted-hardware-design/ didn't expect to see the fedi drama screenshot, shitlibs eating each other again
