It's true that people here are generally quite hostile to this technology, in ways that sometimes I find a bit annoying. Well done for being brave enough to share the post nonetheless. ❤️👍

@fnat@social.coop my take has always been that being hostile towards a technology is... well, somewhat futile?. Focus on what people do with it, where it is damaging, and where it could be useful. Goes for nuclear fission as much as for large language models.
