i would say it is still comicly efficient and scalable compared to cars but that is beating a dead horse at that point.
but i guess if you are travelling espicaily on rush hours using bike renting apps like lime or keeping a bike in a bike park (like how you did in your how i commute video) would be more viable rather than trying to get into the train that is packed full with bicycle

But even outside of rush hour bike space can be limited. It is a tough one - while it scales pretty poorly, I love the freedom to have the bike in the train. I can use it to bike one way and then take public transport back, or if I need something nicer than an OV-fiets on-site (they're not brilliant for 5km+ travel).
