Investigative Post obtained this video of US Border Patrol abandoning a blind man out in sub-zero temperatures miles from home. Nurul Shah Alam, a Burmese refugee, was left by the agents in frigid conditions in Buffalo, NY. They never notified his family or his lawyers, and Nurul Shah died of exposure, frightened and alone.
