@bkuhn@fedi.copyleft.org OK, so you're saying this is a restriction on a downstream user of the software's rights, which makes sense. I had not previously thought of 'further restriction' applying beyond the initial recipient/user of the software - the proposed 'further permission' does not apply any additional restrictions to them.
