so the space needle shooting: 2 shooters known, 1 said "i love you bro" to the other as he was dying supposedly so safe to assume they werent shooting at each other, so there are other people out there. also, the other people out there evidently escaped under their own power so they were probably either uninjured or not as severely injured, and given how violence and shootouts work that probably means they actually shot first and like, were actually the people who looked at two teenagers in a crowded event and small children around and decided "yeah, good place for a shootout with ersatz submachine guns", so thats just dandy. no threat to the public, at least!
