Reminder: TSA doesn’t say jack about travel routers or Flipper Zero or lockpicks or ham radios or mini servers. Do be prepared to explain them to a bewildered agent though.
Also, memorize a short speech like “I’m authorized by the federal government, license [ham radio call sign]”, which said authoritatively can gloss over a lot.
