Re: mean-spirited GOP work requirements for the sick and aged. We need the same work requirements (as for Medicaid recipients) for anyone who reports capital gains on their tax return. The low capital gains tax rate is welfare for the wealthy, and we should make these deadbeats earn their keep. They are far more of a drain on the productive economy than are the people they despise.
