@Cassandra@ottawa.place Way less now that I know I'm diabetic. If excess glucose in the blood isn't getting processed with insulin, it needs to be scrubbed out by the urinary system. Cutting back on sugars and carbohydrates, especially at dinner, makes for fewer trips overnight.
