I dig, lift, & move rocks daily. Unless I have to walk long distances (limited), I do it all day, & hardly stiff the next day.
I've been hammering nails & spikes. I've missed my thumb 99% of the time, but my arms also hurt. 😆
Imagine shingling a roof by hand all day?
(without a nailer gun)

@Rasta@zeroes.ca shingling without a nail gun is how it was done for a lifetime by many including myself as a roofer .. even falling off a roof .. thank God it was winter and a soft snowbank...
