nobody knows Manufactured consent. Yes it’s fucking illegal. If I “accidentally” hacked into HF I would be in the back of a police car before I could finish saying “it wasn’t me guv it was Claude.” Fuck wired so hard for laying down cover for this. I mean even fucking chatjippity answers this straight up without hedging

It’s only questionably legal because they’re tech companies running a marketing scheme. If anyone else did this they’d be locked up

Would I be liable for damages if I made a viral worm on my air gapped pc and then accidentally connect it to the internet and it escapes? Cause I think I would and dont see how this is different if it an ai agent.
