it may have been a dream, but i recall reading an informative comic page that claimed Batman didn't have a fear of bats in the comics originally. and something about him having a batplane that looked like the joker's face. whom was based on a specific actor or famous person i think. and something about the year 194x can anyone confirm or deny? haha
