I’m severe ADHD and my wife is AuDHD. I don’t know the how but it is true for us both. Lol

Same situation in my household. Plenty of areas where we differ in how our adhd looks because of her autism and my lack of it, but notes do nothing for either of us except build clutter. One trick I’ve found though is to make the thing you need to do a problem. So much easier to fold the laundry when the basket is in your way
