It's neither passive nor a scraper. Probably quite the opposite of a scraper, since it will have very limited storage for remote posts to begin with and will overwrite old posts as new posts arrive.
As I said, I will honor all post deletes manually. User deletes won't even matter, because I don't plan on storing remote users to begin with.

@jcm @mldkyt@soc.mldkyt.com its passive because all instances of users you follow will deliver posts to you and its a scraper because its accumulating remote users posts and doesnt delete them when a delete request is received deleting posts manually implies that a) youll look at them even if its briefly and b) you actually have the capacity to go through all of them
