since nobody medical seemed able to answer "how are you supposed to keep your meds at under 25 celsius in a heatwave" when I asked them a while ago, here's the answer that I've figured out by now: you use an insulated bag. you know, the kind that you'd use to keep your drinks and food somewhat cool when going out for a trip or a picknick or whatever. not an active cooler, just the passive insulated bags. blow <25C air into them at night when things have cooled down (or even air from an AC unit somewhere), put your medication in there, and only open it when you need to take the meds. cold air sinks to the bottom so if you open it at the top, it will remain at temperature pretty well, same idea as a chest freezer. (don't put your meds in the fridge; unless they're specifically *meant* to be stored there, chances are that a fridge is too cold and humid)
