I've no idea what this was. Not a great photo because it was on the other side of the river and so was a tiny part of a photo from my phone camera. It stood up like this facing down river, then slowly rotated and kept standing like this. I've never seen a bird like this on the Cam. It looked like some kind of wading bird (the beak had a fairly distinctive hook that wasn't so obvious in that photo).
