A German appeals court ruled that comparing Israel's attacks to those of Nazi Germany is not automatically a criminal offense when used as political criticism. The Higher Regional Court in Zweibrücken overturned a €2,400 fine imposed on a woman who used Nazi imagery in Instagram posts criticizing Israel and expressing support for Palestine. The court said such symbols can be protected under freedom of expression if they clearly condemn Nazi ideology rather than promote it. #Israel #Palestine #Gaza
