Idk like I wasn't always this annoyed by people making weird claims about food ingredients, but once I started delving in to Thai and Chinese food and learned of the versatility of MSG, that kinda made me see all these weird food-ingredient-health-grifters in different light Like, MSG is just a type of salt. It's fine. Same thing goes for a ton of other things too "Oh but they use an ingredient here that's used in YOGA MATTRESSES" Yeah, and I bet it's delicious too!
