So uhh
Student loans are a thing in Finland
Tuition doesn't cost ya (unless you're coming outside of EU), but you can still end up in thousands of euros in debt. Even up to 40 000€
Because the state really doesn't want to give students any benefits at all, forcing them to take student loans to cover their expenses while they're studying.
So while it's true our education is mostly free, you can still end up in a debt spiral.
