  I was thankful enough to have a tandem 7th-8th grade combo of English and History teachers who taught us the value of cognitive awareness. Followed by a high school math teacher that introduced me to “A True History of the United States” because they actually gave a damn. It’s far too easy to see that we are the new Roman Empire, but on a speed run.

  Honest question, what kind of propaganda do you get fed in school? I don’t know much about US schools, but I think you have to salute to the flag and sing your hymn once a week or so (which is really cringe if it is true)?
