My phone keeps trying to get me to download shitty mobile games. I want to. They look kind of fun. But I know every mobile game ad is a bait and switch. You think you’re getting a puzzle game but is actually an “upgrade your city” game with 3 puzzles a day and most of that content hidden behind micro transactions.
Fool me once…

@faithisleaping@anarres.family exactly this. its like when a website shows an ad for a dress. the only rational response is "it would be nice if that dress actually existed."
