oh, have i mentioned that all of the tooling is built with Windows 7 support? and we ship Python 3.14, not some ancient EOL version

@whitequark@social.treehouse.systems if you really want to flex, i believe you can build 3.10 for WinXP, if your code doesn't need newer Python
