@aarontay@mastodon.cloud TBQH, it's also my experience that many professional knowledge-workers don't really know the difference between expertise in the form of factual knowledge; and expertise in the form of critical thinking that is used in decision-making around factual knowledge. Unfortunately, the former do end up being somewhat replaceable by a machine that can train on factual knowledge and more or less regurgitate it ad nauseam...
