if I hadnt had a VA loan i wouldnt have taken these trash rates

I decided to buy a shittier house with a bunch of trash i had to clean up and no shop so I wouldn't have mortgage debt. Maybe perhaps there will be a big crash and I will be able to buy a better house later.
