Just when you think Audio stuff can't get any goofier you get something like this. If I was a bit snarkier I'd suggest that they really need matching fiber length and optics to minimize jitter.

@paul@tapbots.social I mean, for analog audio cables, it might make "some" sense to use thicker cables and stuff, even when you cannot hear the difference due to other limitations. But come on, digital? Is that a joke or are there some people really this dumb?
