"Avoid pirated copies if you want the author to be paid." Or, you know - maybe offering any other way of purchasing the ebook than *exclusively* selling them on Amazon Kindle would make it more likely that people buy your book? 🤔 I thought I'd see what the hype over #DungeonCrawlerCarl is all about but I don't use Kindle and our library has a 18 weeks waiting list, so I guess I'll pass. #bookstodon
