As it's hot, we have the doors and windows open, and we're currently being serenaded, if squealing every 30 seconds is a serenade, from the top of the oak tree just outside the house, by a long eared owl. It's all a little bit surreal because the TV is also on, the toads are going"peep peep", and the crickets are doing their nut as the background chorus to this wildlife orchestra. #notsosilentsaturday #owlsofmastodon #longearedowl #auvergne #livradoisforez
