Sparrows make me really nostalgic. They were everywhere when I was a kid (and I loved watching animals and you took what you could get in the eighties). Gothenburg has sparrows tho! I don't know if Denmark got too hot for them or they were just displaced by the pigeons and sea gulls and whatever else is thriving in Denmark now.

@drgroftehauge@sigmoid.social We have a fair amount of Sparrows in Søllerød. I suspect the issue in more urban areas is a lack of insects.
