@kdj8@mk.absturztau.be Usually: - Get therapy, for at least 6 months. - Get your therapist to write you an "Indikationsschreiben" - Go to one of the clinics, e.g. Bogenhausen, to get assessed, and to get a quote - Send the quote and the Indikationsschreiben to your health insurance with a letter requesting they cover the surgery - hope for approval - wait 1-1,5 years for a surgery appointment Sometimes health insurance will request more paperwork, for example a "trans CV" outlining your journey as a trans person, but that isn't legally required Edit: Oh, and most clinics also require you to have been on HRT for at least a year
