So I went to the farmers' market this morning to get raspberries for jam (acquired. canned.) The berry purveyor also had (OMG) MARIONBERRIES. I couldn't help myself. I bought a flat. Made one pie. Froze another 5 pies worth of berries.
I'm so happy I can make the pie I want to eat. I've been practicing for about forty years now.
