Reorg announced at work. As best I can tell a 75% reduction in field management structure starting at the top. Combination of two silos. Promotions / lateral moves at the top were announced. Looks like those like me at the bottom will spend the next 6 months learning another job and then competing to keep a job. I wouldn't be surprised if that leads to a deduction of the same percentage at my level. "Piloted" for 6 weeks to test and that was enough to roll nationwide?
