@hazelnot@sunbeam.city @dbattistella@mstdn.ca I spend about 10 minutes turning everything off Brave upon a fresh install. It is a PITA. Your bank will have a web presence. Go there and look for a login button. It should present a form requesting credentials. 2FA might be involved. Find out what they are asking for and call your bank requesting help on filling it in. This way, you will at least have some clues as to what they want which will be something like an account number and password. Here in Melbourne, Australia, I just switched back to traditional banking. There is no internet account. This means using a debit card, yet I mostly use cash. I do a lot of shopping now at local stores and a local market on Sundays. I don't miss it at all. Is this something you could do... if you want to?

    @shwell1@aus.social @hazelnot@sunbeam.city @dbattistella@mstdn.ca I some countries, at least in Sweden, you need to use a specific app developed by the banks in order to log in to the bank. And that app is only available on the play store and on Iphone.
