Sooooo. I was thinking. Is Suno sued because they scraped Spotify (+ others) like crazy? Or it's like OpenAI attacking HuggingFace, nobody sue others because if they do, they're gonna shot themselves in the foot for their still-not-found business model. Then, if it's the case. Can we just declare that Anna's Archive was using AI agents to backup Spotify? So it's not suable because AI gives you a totem of immunity for commiting crimes? And can I declare my actions as resulting from an AI agent advice so I can not be prosecuted? I mean, a friend is asking me these questions. #ai
