Personal opinion: "Non-native software people" (with a different background than software dev) using LLMs to write software are "kinda dangerous", in work context. I had a collegue tell me about his frustrations with LLM tools, such as repeatedly stating mistakes. With my background, I understand what the "underlying problem" of this is. But I have no idea whether and how to explain this to said colleague.
