@EricLawton@kolektiva.social Yeah unfortunately, fake nests haven't been properly studied. They're pretty cheap so I still think they're worth a shot, but they exist in the unfortunate position where we probably wouldn't expect them to work like a hundred percent of the time even if they do work at all, which means that without research it's pretty impossible to evaluate if they really do anything.
But like I said, they're cheap, anecdotally some people report success, and it's hard to think of a downside other than being out a few bucks until someone actually does the research.
