Ezra Klein’s guest suggested that Americans would choose inductions stoves instead of gas stoves if they had experienced them. Can it be true that Americans who use gas stoves haven’t seen/used an induction one? I’m aware that the U.S. having made a bad voltage decision has effects that surprise Europeans, but it looked to me like gas stoves are also a thing in South Korea despite voltage.
