Is there any way to submit jobs to #forgejo actions programmatically? I have my own runners that I use on #codeberg, it would be neat if I could have CI jobs triggered by my private (self-hosted) repos, without needing to run a full foregjo (or similar) for them. Also accepting tips for alternative low-effort CI-ish things for self-hosted git repos.
