@JonChevreau @servelan I doubt that even a small fraction of his base is aware of that he is not supposed to salute. Trump himself thinks he is above social norms of any kind, and really has no concept of good manners, decorum, or respect for tradition. With the mind of a 12 year old, he salutes because it’s all part of the fun.
