Um, okay, I know coiners have no shortage of incompetence but this bug sounds an awful lot like malice.

Apparently it was a fuckup when they rewrote the codebase so they could move it from GPL to source-available. This is currently an utter, utter disaster scenario over in bitcoinland, the coiners are screaming. lol.
